The 4th Conference of the Global Network of Water Museums, titled “Common Water Heritages for Sustainable Futures”, will take place in Marrakech, Morocco, from Wednesday 26th to Friday 28th of October.
The conference is hosted by the Museum of Water Civilizations of Morocco ‘Mohammed VI’ – Aman, and supported by the Ministry of Religious Endowments and Islamic Affairs of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Preliminary Conference Programme
The programme includes four main sessions and also inspiring visits to the water heritage of the historical city of Marrakech and its surroundings.

Field Trip to the Atlas Mountains
During the weekend which follows the conference (29-30 October), an optional field trip to the valleys of the Atlas Mountains is also planned.
